We do not request or collect financial, credit, or vehicle-registration data through the website form itself; any such information required to finalize a lease agreement is collected separately, directly, and with its own specific notice at the appropriate stage.

We do not use any analytics cookies, tracking cookies, session cookies, or CSRF-protection cookies. No third-party analytics services are embedded on this site.

Advertising measurement is not enabled by default. It runs only after you have given your consent, and only on the confirmation page shown after you submit the inquiry form.

5. Storage Period

Personal data submitted through the inquiry form is stored for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, where a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus the period required to comply with applicable tax and accounting obligations under Polish law. Data related solely to an inquiry that does not lead to a contract is retained for no longer than 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. The cookie_opt cookie is stored on your device for one year, after which your browser will remove it automatically unless renewed.

6. Recipients of Data

Your personal data may be shared with:

Personnel and internal staff of Gusike who require access to process your inquiry;
IT service providers hosting our website and form infrastructure, acting as data processors under written agreements;
Advertising measurement partners, but only after your explicit consent and only in connection with the confirmation page;

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
